Paul’s Family

Paul and his two sisters were raised
in Washington, D.C. by their great grandmother and grandmother. “My sense of service in the church is rooted in how my great grandmother insisted that our family be in worship together.”

This July, Paul celebrates 40 years of marriage to Janet Dowell Leeland, also from Washington, D.C. Together they have three adult children and four grandchildren.

Janet holds a Master’s in Social Work and has worked with Hospice for 14 years. She is currently the Director of Development for her company.

Daughter Rebekah is a teacher in Concord, NC. She and her husband, Craig Allen, reside in Charlotte, NC with their two children.

Son Paul is working as a chemist for BASF in Research Triangle Park. He resides in Raleigh and is engaged to Becki McLamb from Clear Run, NC.

Paul and Janet have three children - Rebekah, Nora, and Paul

Daughter Nora works for Novartis Pharmaceutical Company. She and her husband, Luke Zarcone, live in Holly Springs, NC with their two children.
